Shelf.human Support
Shelf.human helps you save webpages, organize them into Desk folders and Shelves, and return to the pieces you are reading.
Need help?
- Email support@shelfdothuman.com for account, sign-in, saving, or app issues.
- To delete your account in the iOS app, open Account and choose Delete account.
- For privacy requests, email privacy@shelfdothuman.com.
- Include your account email, device type, and a short description of what happened.
Sign-in help
Make sure you are using the email and password for your Shelf.human account. If sign-in keeps loading, quit and reopen the app, then try again on a stable internet connection.
Account deletion
In the iOS app, open Account, tap Delete account, and confirm the deletion. This permanently deletes your account and personal data.
Saving webpages
Use the iOS Share Sheet or the Add flow to save public webpage links. Some publishers may limit readable copies, but Shelf.human keeps the source link so you can open the original page.
Folders, Shelves, and discussions
Desk folders are for private organization. Shelves and piece discussions may be visible to other Shelf.human users depending on where you post.
Safety and reports
If you see content that appears abusive, infringing, or unsafe, use the in-app report tools or email support@shelfdothuman.com.
